Day 5 & 6: RnR - we love Thailand

After the late night at the half moon party, we slept in but still made it to breakfast. Well worth it. The place we stayed at, The Milky Bay, was owned by a South African. Very nice man. The breakfast was huge. We have been drinking instant coffee all trip ... No Timmy's here. But today was a treat. They had an espresso machine so I had a few cups AND it was free.

The rest of the day was spent relaxing around the pool and the ocean. Yes Matt actually jumped in the ocean! Its warm , clear and refreshing. Chelsea said today she misses the cold weather... me not so much.

The next day we were back to the hustle and bustle that we are accustomed too. We headed into the town of Thong Sala. Its a main port of Koh Pha Ngan. We hiked 4km in the beating hot sun with no breeze. Of course we shopped some more. I finally traded in my board shorts of too many years for new ones. It seems like Bangkok has the best prices so we are going to slow down on the shopping... "Maybe" says Chelsea. After a long day we ran to the pier to watch the sunset and then another boat load of farangs (foreigners) landed.

We finally found a Muay Thai gym to train at. It was outdoor so we made sure we were hydrated for the morning. We'll tell you how we did? Miss u all. On the Iphone so I'll load up more pictures soon. Look back at previous posts for the updates.
